http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bigfoot
| Quote: | Bigfoot, also known as Sasquatch, is believed by some to be an ape-like cryptid and by others to be the product of the imagination.
Bigfoot is sometimes described as a large, bipedal hairy hominid creature living in remote forested wilderness areas of the United States and of Canada, specifically those in British Columbia and other parts of the Pacific Northwest, California, the Rocky Mountains, the Great Lakes region, and the forests of the U.S. Northeast and the U.S. Southern states. Some think that a Bigfoot, or its close relatives, may be found around the world under different regional names, such as the Yeti. Sightings of similar creatures have allegedly occurred in Malaysia, China, Russia, Australia, and South America. |

I think bigfoot was a complete fake. I saw something on television about a family who admitted they're adult son dressed up in bigfoot and roamed in the mountains to scare people. I can't remember the reason why, but this animal is interesting because similar creatures of bigfoot were seen on different continents as well.
But I am more confident it is a fake than it isn't. |

It could be one of those fad hoaxes that comes along every now and then. |

Yeah, this reminds me abit of Nessie, the loch ness monster.
I actually believe in Nessie, even if the stories are similar to Big foot. Maybe 'cause I like dinosaurs..... |

Both Nessie and Bigfoot are crocks. If they're out there, we would have found them already. |

Dunno.... have they sent a huge submarine and a group of scientists in the loch ness lake to search for nessie?
I don't think so, it costs a lot of money, and it would be a waste if it all was a fake so I don't think nobody has done so. |

Ok... let me put it another way. It's a DINOSAUR, meaning it's been around for hundreds of MILLIONS of years... yet has stayed confined to a Scottish pond.
If it DOES exist, there would have to be a family of them to have survived for so long, and BECAUSE they've survived for so long with no predators, you'd expect the family to be HUGE... yet the best evidence we have is fuzzy photos, and the legend of "Nessie" is only about ONE plesiosaur, rather than a ginormous family of them. |

What's up with these WORDS all in CAPITAL?
MAYBE the dinosaur is SHY, and maybe there is an underwater TUNNEL, which they swim through to the SEA or SOMETHING. Like a BEAVER'S base thingy.
WELL at LEAST if they all DIED OUT then we'd find some RECENT FOSSILS. |

I didn't say they died a long time ago. Well, let me ask you this, is a fossil called 'recent' if the creature died in the early 1900's? |

Yeah, I'd call that fairly recent... all depends on the circumstances though. If it was a DINOSAUR fossil then yes, it's unbelievably recent.
... but what does that have to do with anything? |

Lol
I see bigfoot as a lost man with huge feet because do you have any idea how hard it is to walk in thick snow that swallows up your foot? Ever heard of camel's feet where it is padded to help to prevent them from sinking in the sand as they are haevy creatures.
Or maybe it's a new race of humans who are slowly dying, but they can adapt to the coldest climates and have lost touch with the world of technology, because the mountain ranges prevent people or most animals from travelling in or out.
There you go ^^ |
